Responsibilities

Report directly to the CRO and partner with your peers across Product, Marketing, and Engineering.

Lead the development efforts for Evergreen's web presence by building reliable and maintainable solutions.

Partner closely with the design team to implement exceptional web experiences.

Collaborate with the marketing and advisory teams to shape our content infrastructure and optimize relevance for a consumer finance audience.

Establish and maintain a design system for our web presence.

Deliver an innovative web presence that stands apart in presentation and performance.

Be an early member of the growing design team and have a significant say in how our team operates in establishing web design processes and ways of working.

Working in a fast-paced startup environment where you will develop pragmatic web solutions for a high-visibility product.

Provide and solicit feedback to continually raise our bar for quality.
