Responsibilities

Implementing high-quality web experiences using Next.js, React, and TypeScript

Integrating and extending Payload CMS for content management

Implementing robust data flows and APIs through tRPC

Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team focused on rapid iteration

Ensuring performance, security, and scalability across the full application stack

Required

Proficiency in Next.js, React, and TypeScript

Experience (awareness is acceptable) with Payload CMS and tRPC

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment with innovative solutions

A genuine interest in education and public leadership

Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy

Preferred

Familiarity with SOC2 compliant infrastructures

Experience with Payload CMS & Next.js

Exposure to automation and tooling that enhance the developer experience
