Responsibilities
Tweak and Tune: Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning.
Team Up: Work with HR Tech, HR Resources, Talent Acquisition, and other cool folks to turn their business needs into system magic.
Fix and Finesse: Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues to keep our data clean and our customers happy. Build trust in ourselves, our team, and Workday.
Optimise and Innovate: Monitor our help desk, do root cause analysis, and review our processes to make them even better.
Lead and Inspire: Take the lead for enhancements and projects, driving improvements across our Workday system and our CSL processes.
Stay Ahead: Keep up with Workday releases and new features and suggest the best ways to enhance our system.
Analyse and Advise: Generate and analyse reports to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.

Required
5+ years overall HRIS experience
3+ years Workday configuration in a global work environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
A solid grasp of HR processes and best practices
Top-notch analytical and problem-solving skills
Great communication skills and collaboration
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
Proficiency in Workday reporting and data analysis
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working in a global organisation is highly desired
