Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to define system requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within Workday Core HCM.
Develop, maintain, and support Workday modules, like HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent Management, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, or Security.
Create custom reports and dashboards to provide data insights and analysis to business leaders and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrations are running smoothly.
Participate in testing, upgrading, and implementing new system enhancements and functionality.
Partner with external vendors to identify new technology solutions and integrations that support business requirements.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Required

4+ years of complex configuration experience across multiple Workday modules.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and at least 2 of the following modules: Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Absence & Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Talent & Performance.
Experience creating Workday custom reports and dashboards (Advanced, Matrix, Etc.).
Experience creating EIB templates and EIB Loads.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead projects and enhancements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's Degree.
