Responsibilities

Senior Workday Architect will analyze current workflows and configurations to determine if modifications are necessary

Provide strategic guidance on the best approach to implement modifications when required

Support prioritization efforts to balance incoming requests for enhancements and fixes while maintaining system stability

Manage and optimize existing features (e.g., benefits module) to ensure they meet operational needs

As a Senior Workday Architect, you will address the increasing volume of requests from end-users for new enhancements and fixes

Guide the organization in prioritizing these requests efficiently

Deep understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management), Finance, Materials Management, and Accounts Payable (AP) configurations
