Responsibilities
Maintain and improve Workday integrations and security models across a full Workday platform.
Hands-on system configuration and administration including functional area updates, business process/workflow setup and modification, security, etc. as determined by business requirements.
Develops, reviews, and updates configuration documentation for change management requests and new implementations.
Supports business by shaping customer requirements, analyzing alternatives, providing recommendations, and developing appropriate technical and business solutions for implementation.
Analyzes alternatives on various options to determine the best solutions to support overall business goals and objectives.
Troubleshoots issues including but not limited to integrations, reporting, incorrect data or actions
Research current and emerging workday technology and process methodologies to propose changes were needed.
Work in a fast-paced environment that requires tasks to be completed quickly and accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change

Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Workday Ecosystem (including configuration, EIB, and Studio) across the functional areas Financial Management and Human Capital Management.
Technical and configuration knowledge of outlined Workday modules, practices, procedures, and ability to apply in varied situations.
Experience with SOX and SOC2 compliance requirements.
Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of internal customers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred
Workday certifications are highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related field is highly preferred.
