Handles a case load commensurate with the complexity level of claims assigned.
Collaborates with highly trained staff and state-of-the-art technology to promote injured worker recovery in a prompt, fair, and ethical manner.
Possesses compassion and humility to serve on the Workers’ Compensation Team and positively impact injured worker recovery and the company’s financial success.

Required

Must Have Texas Adjusters License
Must Have Texas Non-Sub Claims Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
7+ years of prior claim adjusting experience or be a graduate of the NARS developmental adjuster program
Texas non-subscriber claims experience
Must be eligible for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate
Must be open to handling multiple jurisdictions and obtain appropriate licensing as needed
Must possess an active Adjuster’s license for Texas or other required jurisdictional licensing
