Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with creative, marketing and development partners to create acquisition focused creative (banner ads, social media ads, landing pages, etc.) that will be activated through various channels.

Lead projects from concepting through execution, results and ongoing optimization based on key performance indicators.

Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple projects focused on digital acquisition.

Deliver best-in-class voice & tone work.

Contribute to implementation of AI tools to drive scale and performance.

Required

5 to 8 years of related experience

Problem solver with the ability to think strategically.

Understanding and depth of knowledge in working with digital channels (specifically paid channels)

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills

Preferred

Financial services experience preferred (but not required)

A portfolio that demonstrates experience in performance marketing – and an appreciation for the power of the written word – is preferred.
