Responsibilities

Maintain a focus on the user experience with all work produced

Manage highly collaborative work in a fast-paced environment

Work closely with federal partner to manage and prioritize the creation of content standards and to continuously evolve and improve the content style guide and content design patterns

Lead the continuous evolution and improvement of the content community of practice and relevant trainings

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure centralized content

Copy edit high-priority work to ensure high quality and standards

Coach other copy editing members of the content team as necessary to maintain a high quality of work

Develop metric-driven reports on overall content standards work and progress
