Responsibilities
Develop and lead TelyRx’s SEO roadmap to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for growth.
Analyze and report on SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, and make data-driven recommendations.
Monitor algorithm changes and implement adjustments to ensure ongoing success.
Oversee all SEO-related updates to product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and child URL structures.
Partner with the product and engineering teams to integrate SEO requirements seamlessly into product development and site updates.
Conduct A/B testing to determine effective optimizations for product language and keyword strategies.
Create and manage an SEO-driven content calendar, including blogs, landing pages, FAQs, and product descriptions.
Ensure all content aligns with TelyRx’s brand voice, customer needs, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging and informative content.
Collaborate with the development team to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
Address and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, schema markup, and site architecture improvements.
Optimize the website's structure for better crawling and indexing by search engines.
Work closely with marketing, development, and customer experience teams to align SEO initiatives with broader business goals.
Advocate for SEO best practices across the organization, providing training and insights as needed.
Collaborate with paid media teams to align organic and paid search strategies for maximum impact.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for SEO and product performance.
Create and present regular reports showcasing the impact of SEO initiatives.
Continuously test and refine strategies to achieve better rankings and higher ROI.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SEO, product management, or a similar role.
Proven success in leading SEO initiatives for e-commerce or product-driven websites.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and best practices.
Experience in managing product catalogs and working with content management systems (CMS).
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
