Responsibilities
Assist with Incident Response troubleshooting and handling.
Execute SQL queries for reports, configure IIS, and perform server administration tasks.
Provide support with direction from the manager and participate in technical and business meetings.
Monitor compliance with standardized procedures and best practices.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and highlight potential issues.
Act as the go-to person for resolving permission issues.
Validate system operational status post-patch deployment.

Required
Experience with production support activities.
Proficiency with SQL.
Experience with OpenText and system administration (IIS, Apache Tomcat, Networking).
