Responsibilities
Takes incoming calls from injured workers seeking medical attention from doctors.
Ensures injured workers have all the necessary paperwork to seek treatment.
Provides administrative processes support for routine "back office" tasks such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.

Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Call Center experience
Ability to Multi-task
Computer Skills
Knowledge of Medical Terminology

Bilingual Spanish preferred - Fluent (Takes Spanish speaking calls)
