Responsibilities
Actively working at customer sites, ensuring top-notch service and support
Guiding other FSEs in the field, providing direct support and expertise
Organizing regular PMP meetings with customers and coordinating communication
Being the primary contact for service and emergency requests
Acting as the local project coordinator
Conducting local investigations for customer claims
Supporting the Technical Service Manager and others in customer meetings

Required
Completed technical education (mechanical or electrical), ideally with first experience in a similar position, e.g. maintenance or field service
Enjoy travelling during the week, especially throughout Poland, Czechia and Slovakia as well as (sporadically) other European countries
Well versed in working with the MS Office package, overall good PC literacy
Good verbal and written Czech, Polish and English skills
