Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for service issues being reported by our customers.
Support AVI Customers as a member of the ProSupport Services team.
Responsible for Incident Management, Service Requests, Ticket Ownership, Reporting, Events, and Problem Management.
Support the Service Contracts sold by the branch and MS Practice to achieve business revenue, gross profit (GP) and profitability objectives.

Required
Ability to understand ITSM/ITIL definitions, operations and methodologies.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Previous exposure to Audiovisual, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Unified Communications, and Digital Signage is a plus.
CTS certification is preferred but not required with the right experience.
