Responsibilities
Utilize design thinking to understand stakeholder needs and guide business stakeholders on optimal use of application services.
Enhance delivery processes by identifying and implementing improvements.
Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews to discuss program health, including successes, challenges, risks, dependencies, and growth opportunities.
Ensure accurate financial data is updated in monthly reports, and project burn reports.
Align team output with client strategic goals and business needs.
Maintain excellent relationships with business stakeholders.
Collaborate with the delivery team to understand wins, challenges, risks, and dependencies.
Keep open communication with the delivery team and recognize successes to boost morale.
Address obstacles and develop mitigation plans for potential risks.
Manage task interdependencies to ensure seamless project execution.
Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure productivity, satisfaction, and growth.
Use data and metrics to evaluate team performance and impact on the customer.
Gather qualitative feedback to understand customer perspectives and experiences.
Identify and leverage opportunities to add value to the customer and the business.
Work closely with Sales and Account teams for alignment on customer needs and business opportunity expansions.
Engage in joint problem-solving to address customer or project issues.
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders through MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).

Required
Strong understanding of design thinking principles and their application in stakeholder management.
Proven ability to enhance and optimize delivery methodologies and processes.
Experience in conducting regular reviews and effectively communicating program health.
Competence in managing financial data and ensuring accurate reporting in internal processes.
Leverage templates/tools defined by the account team to ensure overall program health, and status.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in risk management and developing mitigation strategies.
Experience in coaching and mentoring teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ability to use data and metrics for evaluating team performance and customer impact.
Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Account, Practice and project execution teams.
Effective communication skills for providing regular updates and aligning stakeholders.
