Responsibilities
Provide project management support for Demand Management and coordinate with key stakeholders on all aspects of the Demand Request Lifecycle
Demand Request Lifecycle Support, including Request intake and documentation
Feasibility Assessment
Business driver and business value
Alignment to strategy
Prioritization
Technical requirements
Resourcing requirements
Cost
Resource and capacity alignment
Stakeholder engagement and communication
Stakeholder decisions
Facilitation of stakeholder discussion, presentation and decisions as needed

Required
3 - 5 years overall experience with technical project management
Ability to organize, plan and execute the request lifecycle according to business needs
Ability to adapt to changes in business priorities
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong spoken and written English
Good collaboration skills both with technical peers and business partners (in person and virtually using MS Teams)

Solid balance of strategic thinking with detailed orientation
Business process engineering experience
Flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones
PMP Certification
Experience with demand intake functions
Experience with technical project management in cybersecurity organizations
Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc
BS in Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent work experience
