Responsibilities
Be the first contact of a user who is having technical troubles and provide assistance
Troubleshoot basic application, network, or hardware issues
Provide excellent customer service
Provide prompt resolution of technical issues
Follow-up with customers in a timely manner
Maintain and create technical documentation
Providing feedback to Operations Management and the Client Success team on process and procedure

Required
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Excellent customer service
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to learn new skills and technologies
Works well on a team and accepts constructive feedback
You have a passion for technology
Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint
Experience with basic computer and laptop troubleshooting
Basic understanding of network concepts
Experience with peripheral devices such as monitors, mice, and keyboards
Understanding of DHCP and DNS
