Responsibilities

Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
Determine best solution based upon the issue and details provided by customers.
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
Escalate unresolved issues to the next support when needed.
Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
Record events and problems and their resolution in ticketing system.
Manage client tickets and use team resources to ensure client satisfaction and ticket metrics are achieved.
Other duties as assigned.

COMPTIA A+Remote troubleshootingMicrosoft Office ExcelMicrosoft Office WordTicketing system

Required

Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
COMPTIA A+
Minimum 2 years full-time experience working in a technology solutions environment.
Valid drivers’ license and transportation.
Knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
Knowledge of computer system mobile devices and other technical products.
Knowledge of ticketing and time management system.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Excel and Word); relational databases and ERP and shipping systems.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Ability to establish strong rapport with local, regional and national teams, as well as business partners and vendors.
Ability to solve practical problems and have analytical and decision making skills.
Ability to be a strong communicator, both orally and in writing.
Ability to be a team-oriented, problem solver who takes ownership of work performed.
