Responsibilities
Conduct on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of sophisticated machinery and equipment.
Collaborate with customers to understand and address their technical issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
Install and commission new machinery and systems, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
Document service activities, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory records.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated on product developments and industry advancements to enhance troubleshooting capabilities.

Required
Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery or industrial equipment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers.
Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks as per customer and company needs.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred
Previous field service or technical support experience in a related industry.
Certification or training in relevant technical fields.
