Responsibilities

Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated compute, storage, and network implementation projects.

Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop solutions to meet client needs.

Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications.

Respond to customer request tickets and bring issues to resolution.

Implement system software, automation, policies, and cloud services and customize to client requirements.

Prepare the detailed specifications and test plans for existing and new cloud services.

Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs.

Create migration and redundancy plans for enterprise systems and implement on-prem and in the cloud.

Perform post-implementation validation and resolve any bugs found during implantation and sustainment.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related field.

5-7 years of experience required.

4+ years hands-on experience with Azure or AWS.

2+ years hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Intune.

Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting against Windows and Azure APIs.

A solid foundation in complex, large scale, enterprise hybrid services and systems.

Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting both new and legacy production systems.

Experience in programming, scripting, and problem diagnosis and resolution.

Demonstrated communication and cross-group collaboration skills.

Ability to manage several schedule-critical tasks while delivering results and solutions on time.
