Responsibilities
Proven experience with the Service Now platform, including customization, configuration, and development of GRC and CAM solutions.
Deep understanding of GRC principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA).
Experience with continuous monitoring tools and techniques for risk and compliance management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Customize and configure Service Now GRC and CAM modules to meet specific business requirements and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and other systems to enable seamless data exchange and automation of GRC and CAM processes.
Design and implement continuous monitoring and reporting capabilities within Service Now to track changes in risk posture, security controls, and compliance status.
Provide technical expertise and support for Service Now GRC and CAM initiatives, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Service Now GRC and CAM capabilities into existing GRC processes and systems.
Stay current on Service Now platform updates and best practices related to GRC and CAM functionalities.
Support internal and external audits, assessments, and reviews related to GRC and CAM activities.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 + years of experience in technical roles focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with a strong emphasis on Continuous Authorization & Monitoring (CAM).
Proven experience with the Service Now platform, including customization, configuration, and development of GRC and CAM solutions.
Deep understanding of GRC principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA).
Experience with continuous monitoring tools and techniques for risk and compliance management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred
Service Now CIS (CIS - Risk and Compliance Implementation) and Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications preferred.
