Responsibilities
Participate in new hire orientation to understand company values and processes.
Independently ship parts correctly and promptly.
Establish regular communication with support and global services leadership.
Develop strong working relationships with Field Service Engineers and Technical Support Engineers.
Coordinate and schedule Field Service technicians for maintenance and repair tasks.
Monitor and manage Field Service technicians' work orders for timely completion.
Track and manage inventory levels.
Oversee parts allocation and manage the shipping process.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to order parts.
Receive, process, and route parts correctly.
Handle the return of parts from the field and coordinate quality control checks.
Enhance the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Establish as the go-to person for services operations related to field-replaceable parts.
