Responsibilities
Lead and execute the migration from Service Portal to Employee Service Center, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
Oversee the relaunch of our ServiceNow environment, including updating the Service Catalog, Knowledgebase, and Incident Forms to align with business needs.
Develop custom solutions, widgets, and advanced forms to enhance the user experience in the Employee Service Center.
Integrate ServiceNow with Okta and other relevant systems to automate workflows and streamline user requests.
Create clear technical design documentation and user guides to support the new system setup and configurations.
Perform thorough testing of all new features, customizations, and integrations to ensure they function as expected post-launch.

Required
At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration
Proven experience in migrating from Service Portal to Employee Center and other similar platform transitions
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Builder)
Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems, especially Okta, and leveraging REST APIs
Comfortable creating custom widgets and advanced ServiceNow forms
Ability to produce clear, detailed technical and user documentation
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Professional or Expert System Administrator
Experience with Enterprise Service Management concepts
