Responsibilities

Platform Management: Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
User Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the implementation of new functionalities.
System Integration: Manage integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Configuration Management: Perform software configuration and customization, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
Training: Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the ServiceNow platform.

Required

Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and workflow automation.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users and stakeholders.
ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator certification is highly desirable.

Preferred

ITIL Framework: Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience implementing ITIL processes within ServiceNow.
Project Management: Experience managing projects and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
Client Management: Experience managing client relationships and delivering business requirements with ServiceNow functionality.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments, driving service excellence through iterative development and continuous improvement.
