Responsibilities
Configure and maintain ServiceNow instances, including user management, role-based access control, and security settings.
Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems, data sets, and tools used by Federal Government clients.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including admin guides, knowledge articles, and user manuals.
Stay current with ServiceNow updates, patches, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience with ITSM processes and best practices, such as ITIL.
Familiarity with scripting languages, such as JavaScript and PowerShell.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator Certification.
Experience working with Federal Government clients and understanding of their unique requirements.
Knowledge of GRC, HR, ITBM, and CSM ServiceNow applications.
