Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) projects, driving the adoption of ITIL governance processes.
Collaborate with diverse teams, including business analysts, technical experts, and process owners, to resolve service-level issues effectively.
Implement ITSM best practices to improve service quality, adhering to project management methodologies.
Leverage tools like ServiceNow and Remedy to support and optimize ITSM processes.
Analyze statistical, numerical, and operational data to drive innovation and enhance service outcomes.
Coordinate and manage training initiatives and documentation to ensure alignment with ITSM objectives.

Required
8+ years of experience in ITSM and ITIL governance processes.
Proven ability to think strategically and act tactically when needed.
Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation, and facilitation.
In-depth understanding of IT outsourcing, managed services, and service tools (ServiceNow and Remedy).
Strong analytical skills and experience adhering to project management best practices.
Proficiency with Remedy On Demand.
ITIL V3 or V4 certification.
PMP certification.
Experience with business process engineering, technical writing, and cloud services like AWS.
Familiarity with ServiceNow security operations and DevOps tools (Jira, GitLab, etc.)
