Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive security architecture for the ServiceNow platform, including roles, controls, and governance structures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security measures with business goals.
Design and implement RBAC frameworks to ensure the principle of least privilege across ServiceNow modules.
Regularly review and update security roles based on evolving business requirements.
Establish and enforce security governance processes and policies within the ServiceNow environment.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Define and promote security best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
Lead efforts in platform hardening to minimize vulnerabilities and ensure a risk-averse environment.
Develop and implement incident response plans for security events within the ServiceNow platform.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to security controls, configurations, and incident response plans.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Security Architect with a focus on roles, controls, governance, and platform hardening
Valid Certified System Administrator for ServiceNow
