Responsibilities
Lead the migration project from Cherwell ITSM to ServiceNow ITSM, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Responsible for overseeing the technical vision and implementation of the system, managing the technical team, and ensuring system integration with internal and external components.
Responsible for system capacity and resource planning, ensuring effective communication between system components and external entities.

Required
At least 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow (including administration, configuration, and implementation of ITSM modules).
Experience with Cherwell ITSM, specifically in migration or integration.
Lead the migration project from Cherwell ITSM to ServiceNow ITSM, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
