Responsibilities

Lead client-facing workshops to review and validate requirements for ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery solutions.
Develop and design target state platform architecture, including foundational data, authentication, and integrations.
Guide the offshore development team in configuring up to 20 managed Configuration Item (CI) Classes and 5 inbound CMDB-specific integrations using OOTB plugins, Service Graph Connectors, and Rest API.
Provide technical expertise to ensure successful Discovery implementation.

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB.
Strong experience in leading technical discussions and designing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Proven ability to lead offshore development teams and manage integration projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate requirements reviews and collaborate with global teams.

Preferred

Preferred locations: Central or East Coast (to accommodate India-based teams), but open to other locations.
