Responsibilities
Lead and manage development teams and drive proof of concepts (POCs) to explore new solutions and innovations in ServiceNow HRSD application.
Collaborate with other ServiceNow Architects to showcase best practices of HRSD module.
Provide consulting/advisory solutions to client regarding Architectural design and implementation.
Drive technical discussions in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Service Center Pro implementations and effectively address client requirements.
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and services in various capacities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and certifications.

Required
8 years of ServiceNow Hands-on coding/administration
Minimum of 2 ServiceNow HRSD project implementation experience
Deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD-scoped applications, COE, HR Services, HR Lifecycle, Journeys, Glide APIs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
8+ years of total ServiceNow experience and driving technical efforts
Certifications: CSA + CAD + (at least 2 mainline certification)
Past Proven expertise in ServiceNow development, including custom/scoped applications, integrations, and testing
In-depth knowledge of Scoped Apps, Glide APIs
Demonstrated experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in the current or previous projects
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead proof of concepts for innovative solutions
