Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with platform security, implementation, operations, upgrades, integrations, developments, etc.
Troubleshooting event co-relation, SNOW version upgrades, and working with various ServiceNow components like Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.
Developing custom workflows, modules, and applications, along with expertise in scripting languages like Java Script, HTML, XML, etc.
Collaborating with technical teams, business partners, and project managers to assess impacts, manage releases, and understand business priorities.
Installation, configuration, design, and implementation of compliant processes, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules, ITIL processes, project management, and good communication skills.

Required
CSA (ServiceNow system administrator) certification
CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification
CIS - IT Service Management (Certified Implementation Specialist), ITOM/SIR/VR certification
Hands-on experience with platform security, implementation, operations, upgrades, integrations, developments, etc.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
Troubleshooting knowledge of event correlation
Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists
Experience in the creation and customization of complex workflows and custom workflow activities
Experience in the development of custom modules/Applications
Hands-on experience in Glide and Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, JSON, CSS
Experience with Webservices, SOAP, email, and other integrations
Experience working with Performance Analytics, email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages
Expertise in API integrations with other systems
Working with technical teams, business partners, and project managers to assess, determine, and mitigate possible cross impacts to proposed releases and schedule project implementations as well as determine and understand business priorities and manage expectations to support ongoing business needs
Performing the installation, configuration, design, and implementation of compliant processes, intermediate to advanced troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to identify and eliminate issues
Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules
Well-versed with ITIL processes
Well-versed with project management
Good communication and customer interaction skills
Preferred
Knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap, and service mapping
