Responsibilities

Lead the design of scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Establish and enforce governance practices around platform use, security, and data integrity.

Oversee customizations, integrations, and enhancements of ServiceNow applications, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and other modules.

Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to gather requirements, define functional and technical specifications, and deliver robust ServiceNow solutions.

Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it operates efficiently at scale.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers and junior architects, promoting knowledge sharing and development best practices.

Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.

Manage the technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation projects, providing oversight for timelines, quality assurance, and deliverables.

Ensure all solutions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for security and data privacy.
