Responsibilities
Experience successfully solutioning, designing, and implementing end-to-end enterprise application solutions.
Experience implementing out of the box applications via a shared-services strategy to both internal and external customers.
Experience analyzing requirements, developing a proposed solution approach, and effectively communicating to clients the technical and business trade-offs between solutions to ensure stable implementations.
Ability to support short- and long-term product planning and integrations/new module preparation.
Experience reviewing full current state architecture solutions, analyzing platform readiness for new initiatives, and providing overall platform improvement recommendations; including but not limited to guidelines, industry best practices, documentation, cybersecurity requirements, and architectural diagrams.
Experience working with and helping lead/direct a team of architects on large-scale projects, ideally with thousands of end users.
Experience with ServiceNow city upgrades and licensing agreements.
Experience with ServiceNow Platform Operations Management.
Experience partnering with ServiceNow account managers/representatives to support service level advisement and contract management.
