Responsibilities

Updates and develops annotated wire frames and service layer mapping

Collaborates with DEV Team to ensure alignment across all groups to business requirements

Analyzes and documents backend systems and data to develop systems requirements needs

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction

Supports creation of process diagrams and documentation, analysis of process gaps, and design of future-state organization capabilities

Supports analyst functions, including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives
