Experience building and configuring multi-cloud services using ServiceNow Cloud Management Platforms (CMP) / Cloud Provisioning and Governance (CPG)
Extensive experience with Cloud Management Database (CMDB) experience
ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience
ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) experience
Experience in the Cloud Provisioning & Governance ServiceNow module
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Cloud, Provisioning and Governance
7 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform – ITAM including SAM, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, Workflow/Notifications, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, ACL Roles / Groups
5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps and transform scripts
5 years of experience developing ServiceNow SAM Implementations
Candidate must be ITAM certified
Must have extensive experience with ITAM and ITSM
Extensive development and scripting experience
Experience developing Scope applications
Heavy front end development
Workflow automation
Service management knowledge
