Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive ServiceNow solutions and architectures. This includes designing workflows, configuring applications, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementation.
Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Project Management: Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
Custom Development: Customize ServiceNow applications as needed, including scripting and development of custom modules.
Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support staff, ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Continually assess the ServiceNow platform for improvements, staying updated with new features and technologies.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for solutions, including architectural designs, configurations, and support procedures.

Required
At least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting tools.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and integrations with other IT systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design creative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred in at least 2 process areas (ITSM, CSM, etc).
