Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.

Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects and multiple initiatives at the same time.

3+ years of experience leading a ServiceNow team and driving solutions.

5+ years of experience architecting, developing, deploying, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.

Strong experience with ServiceNow Scripting - Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc.

Strong experience in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow.

Strong experience in any of this modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, APM.

Knowledge on ServiceNow Platform Capabilities, Service Portal, Custom Application and Integration.
