Responsibilities
System Optimization: Identify and implement optimization opportunities within the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and operations.
Technical Development: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements and improve system performance.
Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to streamline and automate workflows.
Configuration Management: Perform software configuration and customization, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Technical Advisory: Provide expert advice on the technical scope and implementation approach for system optimization projects.
Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure quality, functionality, and performance.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and resolve issues related to system optimization, ensuring smooth operation in production environments.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.

Required
Proven experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on system optimization and IT service management.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and workflow automation.
Experience with identifying and implementing optimization opportunities within IT service management and operations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
Preferred
Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience implementing ITIL processes within ServiceNow.
Experience managing projects and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
Experience managing client relationships, conducting workshops, and delivering business requirements with ServiceNow functionality.
Experience working in Agile development environments, driving service excellence through iterative development and continuous improvement.
