Responsibilities

Work with team members and internal stakeholders to define and document development requirements and scope of new development requests

Support release of applications through research, technical analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting

Design reports and dashboards

Perform other related duties as outlined by the ServiceNow technical/Workstream lead and Project Manager

Required

U.S. Customs and Border Protection Public Trust Clearance

Minimum 5 years of software development experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience with JavaScript and SQL

High energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude.

Understands web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.

Exceptional debugging, unit testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Detailed/action-oriented and demonstrates high standards of integrity, trust, and ethics

Preferred

Experience with Bootstrap
