Responsibilities
Working with Configuration Items (CI) data owners to ensure quality of the data meets metric standards
Doing audits to ensure data is correct and accurate
Having a good understanding of what’s behind each request
Defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB/Asset Management governance processes and procedures and ensuring that the processes are followed
Defining, documenting, and implementing CI Data audits/CMDB/Asset Management
Managing CI data in a ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management

Required
10 years of experience is a must
10 years’ experience with the ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management and how it supports other ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management
Experience defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB/Asset Management governance processes and procedures and ensuring that the processes are followed
Experience defining, documenting, and implementing CI Data audits/CMDB/Asset Management
Experience managing CI data in a ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management
Confirmation that the candidate is currently in the Dallas, TX area
