Responsibilities

Advanced administrative technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM

Experience in ServiceNow IRM and GRC

Hands-on experience with integration of 3rd party tools

Proficiency in ServiceNow UI development including UI Pages, UI Macros, Server scripts, client scripts, UI action, UI policies, Script includes, Inbound email action, Notification, Event

Experience in ServiceNow Workflow & orchestration

Implementation of Service Portal

Working with scoped applications and scripting in scoped applications

Troubleshooting ServiceNow performance issues

Implementing best practices for improving performance

Reporting and performance analytics experience

Hold Certified ServiceNow Administration certification

Preferably Certified Implementation Specialist & Application Developer certified
