Responsibilities

ServiceNow – ITSM, ITOM, Integration, Flow Designer, Service Portal, UI Builder

Experience with ITSM, ITOM (CMDB and Discovery) modules of ServiceNow (required)

Experience with domain separation within ServiceNow (required)

Experience with ITOM basic functionality, such as managing CMDB ingestion through discovery or manual processes
