Responsibilities
Extensive experience with Okta including installation, configuration, and migrations.
Evaluate and analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions using advanced technologies.
Design and implement solutions on platforms such as ServiceNow, as well as manage on-premise infrastructure including storage, hosting, network, and security systems.
Develop automation strategies to streamline operations and improve system efficiencies.
Lead and contribute to DevSecOps initiatives to ensure seamless integration of development, security, and operations.
Propose and engineer modifications and upgrades to existing systems to enhance performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are integrated smoothly and align with business objectives.
Create and present Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for new projects and technologies.
Design and develop proofs of concept, pilots, and prototypes to test new ideas and technologies before full-scale implementation.
Conduct continuous research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Provide hands-on implementation of solutions and technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Required
US Citizenship or Green Card
Minimum 10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
If a candidate has a master’s degree, 8 years of experience is acceptable
If no bachelor’s degree, then over 17 years of total work experience
Experience with IT architecture, development, Enterprise Architecture, or similar role
Experience working with VMware, VRO, VRA
Experience with Git and development tools
Understanding of ServiceNow Platform
Experience with identity solutions (Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint)
Public Trust Clearance
ITILv4 Foundation Training and ITILv4 Foundation Certification (may be obtained within 120 days after hire)
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Agile and DevOps projects
Experience implementing technical and process changes in a highly complex infrastructure environment
Expertise in network architecture, data storage systems, security protocols, and DevSecOps practices
Strong experience with infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell
Experience with Linux and Windows systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven track record of leading projects
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT architecture, development, Enterprise Architecture, or similar role
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Okta including installation, configuration, and migrations
Experience creating and presenting Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for new projects and technologies
Experience designing and developing proofs of concept, pilots, and prototypes
Continuous research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
