Responsibilities

Solution Design : Design and architect ServiceNow GRC solutions, including policy and compliance management, risk management, audit management, and vendor risk management modules.

Implementation : Lead the end-to-end implementation of GRC processes on ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.

Technical Expertise : Provide technical leadership in the configuration, integration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC applications, including scripting and workflow automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Best Practices : Establish and promote best practices for GRC processes, data governance, and risk management frameworks.

Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving existing GRC processes and ensure the solution evolves to meet changing business needs.

Training and Support : Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users and other team members on ServiceNow GRC functionalities.

Compliance Standards : Ensure that the ServiceNow GRC solution complies with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Documentation : Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows, and user guides.
