Responsibilities
ServiceNow Developer SAM Pro SME with hands on Software Asset Management experience.
Be able to work with stakeholders, Implement/develop OOTB SAM Pro Product with minimum supervision.
Define standards for Software inventory management.
Experience with Scripting/Coding/Intergrations for Microsoft/adobe SaaS applications.
Must have end to end understanding of ITOM OOTB Processes and features.
Work closely with BA and SA to help with successful ITOM/HAM Implementation.
Perform QA/UAT for data integrity.

Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations, and configurations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
