Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.

Advise customers on instance strategy, core data management, technical governance, and platform integrations.

Collaborate with customer teams, ServiceNow partners, and engagement squads to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

Maintain platform health by identifying risks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive measures.

Advocate for and implement leading practices across all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication on complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Drive customer success by delivering high-quality architectural guidance and overseeing the execution of large-scale implementations.

Ensure compliance with government standards and support clearance requirements.

Required

ServiceNow Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or certifications to qualify for the CTA program, including: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Two or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, preferably ITSM and ITOM.

12+ years of progressive experience in professional services or equivalent roles.

Proven experience leading the architecture and design of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Strong consulting skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud application technologies, and large program management.

Familiarity with US Public Sector and Government environments.

Eligibility to obtain and maintain government security clearance.

Must be a US citizen and reside within the continental United States.
