Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.

Co-manage and prioritize the backlog, breaking down epics into detailed features and user stories.

Work with the System Architect to design innovative solutions that address business challenges and align with strategic goals.

Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements.

Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with ServiceNow solutions.

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.

Participate in system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.

Required

Significant experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and customization options.

Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and managing backlogs by breaking down epics into detailed features and user stories.

Experience in designing innovative solutions with system architects, optimizing processes, and aligning improvements with strategic goals.

Excellent communication skills for updating stakeholders, managing expectations, and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Extensive experience in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, and participating in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
