Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive testing of ServiceNow applications to identify defects and ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Utilize your hands-on automation skills in Java and JavaScript to automate test cases and improve testing efficiency.

Apply your understanding of QA standards and processes to develop and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies.

Perform API testing, System Integration testing, and End-to-End testing to ensure the robustness of our applications.

Write and execute SQL queries, including basic queries with joins, to support database testing and validation.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and document test cases and results.

Thrive in an Agile environment, actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required

10+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer

2+ years with a focus on ServiceNow testing

Proficiency in automation using Java and JavaScript

In-depth understanding of QA standards and processes

Proven expertise in testing various types of applications, including API, System Integration, and End-to-End testing

Strong SQL query writing skills, including the ability to create basic queries with joins

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Experience working in an Agile development environment and contributing to Agile ceremonies
