Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow SecOps solutions
Design and document functional specifications for ServiceNow SecOps modules, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence
Configure and customize ServiceNow SecOps applications to meet business needs
Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing processes and workflows
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow SecOps functionalities
Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow SecOps with other systems
Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of ServiceNow SecOps implementations
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in IT security and ServiceNow SecOps

Required
Prior experience implementing the security modules of ServiceNow including Integrated Risk Management, Third Party Risk, Security Operations (IR and VR), and Business Continuity Management
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules
Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
