Responsibilities

Assist in providing technical guidance during workshops

Assist in creation and refinement of stories

Assist with the configure of the platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices

Assist with the facilitation, definition and alignment of current processes toward improvement and provide recommended ServiceNow best practices together with Customer process owners, key Customer sponsors and stakeholders

Advise the Product Owners throughout the Engagement in Story creation and refinement, ranking, adherence to the desired process outcomes, and future roadmap plans

Provide guidance on ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices and assist with the detailed design and implementation phases of Engagements through recommendations, points of view and documentation
